Once a case is Generated, the Deliver phase turns it into things you can put in
front of a buyer: documents, a share link, and meeting prep.
Exports
Three formats, each built for a different moment in the deal:
- PDF — a one-page executive summary. The leave-behind. Available on every plan.
- PPTX — an editable slide deck covering the headline, drivers, assumptions,
investment, and narrative. For when you're presenting, not handing over.
- XLSX — the full model as a workbook: drivers, assumptions, investment breakdown,
and summary metrics, built with live spreadsheet formulas. Your buyer's finance
team can change an assumption and watch the model recalculate — which is exactly the
credibility test a static document fails.
PPTX and XLSX are available on paid plans; a grayed-out button with
"Upgrade plan to enable" means your current tier doesn't include that format.
Share links
Click "Share link" to generate a private URL anyone can open — no Serre account
needed. The recipient sees a clean, branded read-only page: headline metrics, the
conservative/expected/upside range, the driver table, the investment breakdown, and the
narrative.
Things to know:
- The link is unguessable, but anyone who has it can view the case — share accordingly.
- Click "Revoke" at any time; the link stops working immediately.
- The shared page shows the frozen snapshot — edits you make afterward don't appear
until you re-calculate (and the link always reflects the latest stamped version).
Meeting prep
The Deliver phase also assembles:
- Executive summary — AI-drafted narrative; click regenerate if the case has
changed (uses 1 AI Generation).
- Before the meeting — a talk track built from your top drivers, the questions this
buyer is likely to ask, and objection responses from the brief.
- Companion email — click "Draft email" for a ready-to-copy email that frames
the case for your champion.
- Account plan — a separate strategic-planning PDF for the account (paid plans).
