Terms of Service

By creating a Serre account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for everything that happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation when you sign up on its behalf.

You may use Serre to model, generate, and share business cases for legitimate sales and revenue activities.

You may not reverse engineer the service, attempt to extract source code, abuse the AI features, scrape data at scale, or use Serre to send unsolicited communications.

Vendor profiles, value drivers, prospect data, generated cases, and exports remain your property. We will not use your content to train AI models.

You grant Serre a limited licence to host, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.

Trial accounts are free and may be limited in scope. Paid plans bill in advance, monthly or annually, and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We will give written notice before any price change affects your subscription.

We work hard to keep Serre available, but the service is provided on an 'as is' basis without warranty of fitness for any specific purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors — review every case before sending it to a buyer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Serre's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can cancel at any time from the account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

On termination you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
