Everything account-related lives under Settings: your profile, your teammates, and your plan's allowances.
Your profile#
Settings opens as its own screen, with "Back to Serre" at the top left to return to your workspace. The list on the left has two groups: Account (Profile, API keys, Data & privacy) and Workspace (Team, Case standards, Billing).
The Profile page holds your account details (name, company, job title, role, years of experience, team size) and security. To change your password you'll need your current one. New passwords must be at least 10 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, and a number.
Deleting or clearing data#
The Danger zone on Data & privacy lets you Delete your account. Admins also get Delete workspace and Clear workspace.
Clearing the workspace permanently deletes all company profiles, solutions, accounts, business cases, Personas, Models, saved runs, and deliverables. Your user accounts, team, API keys, integrations, plan, and billing settings are kept. Confirm with "Clear workspace permanently". There is no undo.
Your team#
The Team page shows current members, their roles, and pending invites. Roles are Viewer, Reviewer, Member and Admin, plus one Owner. The What each role can do table on the page lists exactly what each role can do.
To add teammates, click "Invite people", enter one or more work emails at your company's domain, pick a Role, and click "Send invites". They get a link to create their account directly in your workspace, and everyone then shares the same companies, driver library, accounts, and cases. Workspaces on a personal email domain (like Gmail) can't send invites.
From a member's … menu, admins can Revoke invite or Remove from workspace, and change roles with the role picker. The owner can Transfer ownership.
Your plan, business cases and AI credits#
The Billing page shows your current plan, your business case and AI credit balances, Usage by feature, an optional AI credit usage cap, and Recent activity. The AI credits icon in the top bar shows where you stand at a glance, including any AI credits you've bought and when they next expire.
Every plan comes with two pooled allowances the whole workspace shares:
- Business cases — one is used the first time a case is generated. Recalculating, editing, exporting and sharing it never uses another.
- AI credits — used when Val researches, drafts or analyzes something for you: analyzing an account's website, drafting a driver, generating an executive summary. Hover any AI button to see how many AI credits it uses. Saving, editing, calculating, exporting and browsing are free. The math is always free; only the AI work is metered.
Monthly plans get a fresh allowance each month; annual plans get the whole year's allowance at the start of the year. Unused business cases stay available for 30 days after their billing period ends. AI credits don't roll over.
Running low or out#
When your AI credits run out, AI buttons disable with a message. Everything else keeps working. From the Billing page you can:
- Buy a top-up — click "Buy business case bundle" (business cases plus AI credits) or "Buy AI credit pack" (AI credits only). Admins and the workspace owner can buy them on any self-serve paid plan, and they last twelve months from purchase. Prices are on the pricing page and on the Billing page.
- Change plan — choose Monthly or Annual · two months free, then a plan. On the Team card, choose Team or Team Scale. Serre shows the charge today, the new price and what you'll get before anything changes. Upgrades apply straight away; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period. See the pricing page for the current plans.
"Manage subscription" opens the secure billing portal for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
