Scoped terms: rates, services package, advisory cadence, and any customizations we agree to.
Onboarding within two weeks of signature, ahead of the invite waves.
Roadmap influence and customization requests are inputs to our planning, not delivery commitments. Serre only commits to build specific work when it's explicitly agreed in writing.
